Navigator choices and guide searches
The navigator uses broad categories—state, care domain, who is involved, issue, goal, and sometimes insurance type—to build a plan in your browser. It does not submit those answers, request records, file a complaint, or create a saved case file.
Guide-search text filters the available guides in your browser. The search tool does not send that text to a search service or put it in the page address. Use general terms; do not enter names, dates of care, record details, or other personal information.
The application keeps these choices and search text in page memory. It does not save them in cookies or browser storage. Use Start over to clear navigator choices. Clear search removes search text; Reset all also clears the category filter. Browser back/restore features can retain page state; these controls do not erase browsing history or copies you already made.
Page addresses, hosting, and browsing history
Opening a state route requests a page whose address includes the state and care category. Guide addresses include the topic. Those addresses can appear in browser history and hosting request records, even though the navigator does not submit its questionnaire.
Hosting and security services may process connection information such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Their complete logging, cookie, access, and retention settings have not been verified here. Ulekai does not claim that a visit leaves no record.
The current application includes no advertising or analytics scripts and does not set its own cookies. That statement describes the application code; it does not establish every practice of the services that host and deliver it.
Copied plans, printouts, and PDFs
Copy my plan places the plan, including your selected categories, on your device’s clipboard. If copying is blocked, the tool offers selectable plan text. The application does not read your clipboard.
Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser’s print controls. A copied or printed plan includes your choices, so consider where you paste, save, share, or leave it. Clipboard sync, browser services, printers, and shared devices may handle those copies separately from Ulekai.
The records outline and complaint worksheet are blank materials to complete outside this site. Ulekai has no form for receiving the completed documents. Clearing a tool does not remove clipboard contents, PDFs, printouts, or documents you created elsewhere.
When you follow a source or agency link
The destination receives your visit and applies its own privacy and submission rules. Review those rules before providing personal information or records. Following a link does not send your navigator answers as a complaint.
Ulekai sets a no-referrer policy that asks your browser not to send the current page address when following links or loading resources. This does not hide your connection from the destination or control what its forms, cookies, or services collect.
Scope and changes
This explanation is based on the current application’s inputs, storage use, links, and copy/print behavior. It does not establish a hosting retention period or certify legal compliance. If the tools change, this page should change with them.
