What this route may not provide

Ordinary fee, personality and scheduling disputes are outside the Board's stated jurisdiction. Its webpage says compensation is reserved to courts, but the linked complaint packet says restitution can be an available disciplinary option. These instructions conflict; ask the Board about your requested remedy and do not rely on a promised refund.

Do not guess about confidentiality

Rule 801 generally requires written, signed complaints, except advertising complaints need not be signed. Anonymous or oral reports can be accepted for significant potential public harm with the required Board approval. The subject ordinarily receives the complaint; limited exceptions allow delayed disclosure or an identifying-information-free summary. Do not assume your identity stays hidden.

What may happen after filing

A Disciplinary Oversight Committee reviews complaints, responses and evidence and recommends action. Possibilities include further investigation, closure, a concern letter, settlement or formal adjudication. Confidential investigative material and public formal action have different disclosure rules.
